WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION, LATE AND NO SHOW POLICY?

24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Same day cancellation and reschedule will result in a 50% charge. If a same day cancellation happens more than once, you will not be able to schedule appointments unless you pay the full service amount first. No Show's will not be able to schedule and will be banned from future bookings.

If you're going to be late, please communicate that. At this time we do not have a direct line, but emails are always open and there is a chat box in the lower right corner of this screen for your convenience.

WHAT ARE FACIALS? DO I NEED IT?

 

Facials will revitalize your skin! Whether you have clear skin, acneic skin, pigment skin, aged skin, etc When you come in for a first time treatment we go over your consultation form, then we do a thorough skin analysis. Once we look at the current skin condition we customize your treatment plan. The treatment plan is for your skin and whatever skin goals you may have. We cleanse, exfoliate, extract, masque, hydrate and moisturize with the finest ingredients. Facials help to get rid of debris from the deepest layer of the skin without irritating it. If you have skin, you need a facial!

WHAT SHOULD THE FREQUENCY OF FACIALS BE?

It depends on the skin condition. Acneic clients should come in for treatments bi weekly to check in on how their skin is doing, how compliant the client is being with products, diet, lifestyle, etc. For someone who is coming in for maintenance treatments, their frequency would be every 4-6 weeks.

WHEN CAN I START TO SEE RESULTS?

Immediately after a facial! You'll notice a visible difference in the overall health of your skin. Skin is usually smoother, brighter, hydrated & moisturized. For acne and pigmentation clients, we know you want quick results but the truth is the health of your skin is way more important than the appearance of your skin. Healthy skin first and everything else will follow suit after.
